Homework

While frequent opportunities for completing assignments are available during the school day, some homework will be necessary.  A small amount of homework may be expected in the lower grades while a proportionately greater amount may be given in the upper grades.  In cases when a child seems to bring home a large amount of homework, parents should arrange to discuss their concern with the teacher.

Parents should show an interest in the child’s work by frequently discussing it with him / her.  Children are expected to prepare their work neatly and accurately and to submit the assignments on time.
