Dress Code
We believe there is a direct correlation between a student’s dress and grooming and a student’s behavior and learning. Consequently, our School Board and faculty insist that each student be dressed in a way that will not hinder the educational process, and will promote a positive image among our students.
Uniform Policy
EARLY CHILDHOOD
Early childhood students may wear either a Jade or Sapphire school tee shirt or a logo polo shirt purchased from Children’s World. Polo shirts may be worn in any of the colors available: Maroon, Green and Royal Blue. These colors will be permitted through the 2009-2010 school year. As the maroon and green stock is depleted, these colors will be replaced with black and light blue polo shirts. Solid colored bottoms of navy or khaki any style must be worn each day for this age group.
Shoe and General Appearance Regulations listed under Kindergarten – 8th Grade also apply.
Uniform Policy
Kindergarten – 8th Grade
We will appreciate your understanding of, and cooperation with, our school uniform policy. We urge parents to help their children to adhere to our uniform policy faithfully throughout the school year, rather than placing their children in the position of having to be confronted by teachers or the principal with the need to make “dress corrections.”
We trust that parents share our desire to foster high standards in every area of our school program including dress and personal appearance.
